The Portsonachan Hotel |

in total, each with wireless internet access, 3 Coach House
en-suite doubles as well as 10 Lochside Suites. With a mixture
of family, double and twin rooms available. There are five
superior rooms that directly overlook the beautiful Loch Awe
and the Scottish countryside. |
| When you want a relaxing vacation in Scotland, to read a
book or just enjoy a quiet drink, the conservatory offers
a truly spectacular view of the east side and northern end
of the loch.
From the conservatory you can see Ben Cruchan, also called
the Hollow Mountain, due to the hydro electric dam. The
dam is located halfway up the mountain and we recommend
that guests take a closer look at this marvel of engineering.
Guests of the hotel, Lochside Lodges and the Coach House
may also take advantage of our 24 hour room service for
light meals and sandwiches.

Room rates start from £70 per night for a Standard
Room.
All rates are inclusive of a full Scottish Breakfast for
two adults served in the Lochside conservatory.
If you need extra childs bed placed in the room; tell us
in advance and our staff will be happy to make the arrangements.

Portsonachan Hotel offers the Lochside Suites on a nightly
basis B&B per room from £90.
The Suites have a Double en-suite bedroom on the first
floor plus a separate wet marble shower room downstairs,
individual Kitchen ,lounge and Lochside patio to soak up
the breathtaking views of Scottish countryside.

Guest Lounge
Our guest lounge is traditional, comfortable and a cosy
area where you can browse through our library, sit and play
board games with your family and friends or just relax in
front of the fire. The perfect summer holiday.
The hotel of course has a bar, which is well stocked and
available to residents and non residents.
The 'Captain's Bar' has over 30 Highland whiskies and drinks
to suit all tastes. You can also order from our bar menu
while you enjoy your drinks.
Great to settle down in after a days fishing on Loch Awe
or biking around Scotland. Our friendly staff will make
you feel like a local.
